What are your international shipping rates? We offer free shipping on international orders of $150 or more. Shipping rates for orders below $150 will vary based on destination and carrier service.

Duties and other customs fees are not included in the cost of shipping your order. The customer is responsible for any such fees.

No. International law requires full disclosure of the unaltered value of the contents of every package shipped.
What if I refuse delivery of an international order? + -

If a package is refused, the customer is responsible for all original shipping expenses incurred, plus any duties, customs fees, taxes, or other costs incurred in shipping.

Please note: International shipping costs are free or discounted for most international orders. If a refused international package is returned to our warehouse, the customer will be charged the full original shipping expense incurred, regardless of any discounts that had been applied.

Why isn’t my discount code working? + -

Discount codes are subject to limitations and conditions. Please refer to the email in which you received the code or the “Details” link in the website top bar for limitations. Discount codes cannot be combined or used on auto-shipment items and some offers are only available for first-time customers.

Codes, promotions, and other offers cannot be stacked; only one discount code / promotion is allowed per order. This does not apply to gift cards; discount codes can be combined with a gift card on the same order.

Are your products really all natural? + -

Yes. We combine organic, high quality natural ingredients with advanced science to formulate the best men's skin care and grooming products. In rare cases, we use small amounts of well-known, scientifically-proven safe preservatives to keep products stable under extreme heat.

Do you test on animals? + -
Absolutely not.
Is it normal for the product to separate? + -
Yes. Since there are no artificial binding agents in our products, some natural ingredients may separate at warmer temperatures - this does not affect the efficacy of the product. To recombine the product, refrigerate it for a few hours, then remove and stir.
Is it normal for my product to change color slightly? + -
Yes. Due to the natural stabilizing and thickening ingredients in our products, they may change in color depending on temperature. For example, a product may appear clear in cooler temperatures and white in warmer temperatures. These changes do not affect the quality or efficacy of the product.
Do you offer cologne samples? + -
No. We do not offer samples of the colognes at this time.


What forms of payment do you accept? + -
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Afterpay. We do not accept payment via check or over the phone.

Why was my sample kit order cancelled? + -

There is a strict one per household limit for our sample kits. If you place an order for a duplicate sample kit, your order will be automatically cancelled and refunded. If you'd like to order a sample kit for someone other than yourself, please email us at
