I typically incorporate the Vitamin C booster into my PM routine two-three times a week, and definitely on days where I spent time exercising in the sun. I have been using it for a year, my skin appears to like it and I feel it is working as advertised. I haven't had any new dark spots show up so I like to believe it is helping to mitigate sun damage. Best part, you don't need much to have a good coat on the face. I will continue to buy.
